Good questions.

How much of the widget can I customize?
Every plan lets you set colors, fonts, text sizes, corners, spacing, shadows, dimensions, placement, and the avatar. Origin (Free) and Adapt (Starter) retain Darwin branding; Evolve (Growth) and Apex (Pro) remove it.
Can I use our own logo and fonts?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP avatar, or use an HTTPS image URL. Choose a font family and fallbacks, or supply a hosted WOFF or WOFF2 file with cross-origin access enabled. The widget uses the fallback if that file cannot load.
Do I need to edit code or reinstall the widget?
No. Use Widget appearance in settings, preview your changes, and save. An installed widget picks up the saved design when it next loads its configuration. You can also export and import your appearance settings as a reusable theme.
Will our calendar page match too?
You can style Darwin’s booking card and lead form. If your scheduling provider opens its own calendar page inside the chat, that page uses the provider’s appearance settings.
