What counts as a held meeting?
A booking is a meeting scheduled on your calendar. A held meeting is one that actually takes place. Your initial offer covers five bookings; ongoing per-meeting charges are based on meetings held.
What changes between plans?
Three things: the monthly fee and meeting rate, the number of pages Darwin optimizes, and whether the widget carries Darwin branding. Every plan has the same product features.
What does the page limit apply to?
The limit is how many pages Darwin runs autonomous opening experiments on: 10 on Origin, 40 on Adapt, 100 on Evolve, and 150 on Apex. It describes optimization coverage, not the number of meetings included in your plan.
Can I customize the chat on the Free plan?
Yes. Every plan includes the appearance editor for your colors, fonts, avatar, buttons, and layout. Origin and Adapt retain Darwin branding on the widget. Evolve and Apex remove it.
How should I use the calculator?
